If you're a student at Plovdiv Medical University, you have the option to stay at the student dormitory, which is about a 30-minute walk from the campus. These dorm rooms come with two beds, two desks, and a private bathroom. To secure a spot, students need to fill out an application form after officially enrolling at the university. Rent is approximately 50 EUR per month, but spots are limited.
Many international students prefer to find accommodation near the university campus. Renting a modern two-bedroom apartment nearby typically costs around 1000 BGN (about 500 EUR) per month. Alternatively, opting for a private apartment in the vicinity would amount to around 350 EUR per month. These apartments are usually furnished, but bills are not included in the rent.
